On the Food Standards Code web page FSANZ has provided links to the most recent compilations of each Standard on the ComLaw site. You can also access related documents such as previous versions of the Standard via these links. Hard copies of the Food Standards Code and User Guides can be purchased online from SAI Global or by phoning 61 3 92781144.
FSANZ does not provide advice on compliance with the Code. You may wish to engage a lawyer or consultant for compliance advice. The code is enforced by State and Territory and New Zealand agencies and the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (for imported food).
