Work plan
The FSANZ work plan is a 3-year plan for food regulatory measures. It is required to be published by 30 June each year and revised quarterly. The work plan deals only with applications and proposals. It should be read together with the Corporate Plan and annual business plans.

The work plan is in two parts:
PART 1 – Applications received and proposals prepared after 1 October 2007
PART 2 – Applications received and proposals prepared before 1 October 2007
Section 113 reviews
FSANZ is able to review food standards under section 113 of the FSANZ Act. The outcome of these reviews may result in the preparation of a proposal to amend the Food Standards Code. A list of current reviews under section 113 is available. The list also lists any opportunities for public comment.
