At FSANZ, we are committed to providing an equitable, accessible and inclusive work environment that values diversity.
In 2021, we proudly introduced the FSANZ Workplace Diversity Program. The program demonstrates our commitment to imbedding inclusivity and diversity into our workplace. It describes why we value diversity and outlines strategies which we will implement across the agency to meet our commitment. These strategies support us to:
- build diversity through attraction and recruitment
- support diverse employees to develop and advance
- create a culture of inclusivity
- educate employees about respect and inclusion.
