A1255 - Alpha-amylase from GM Bacillus subtilis as a processing aid

This application seeks approval to amend the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code to permit alpha-amylase sourced from a genetically modified strain of Bacillus subtilis containing the alpha-amylase gene from Thermoactinomyces vulgaris, as a processing aid in the manufacture of bakery products. ​
