At its 85th meeting held via video conference between Canberra and New Zealand on 16 and 17 March 2021, the FSANZ Board approved two draft variations to the Code.

FSANZ84 – 1 and 2 December 2020
At its 84th meeting held via video conference on 1 and 2 December 2020, the FSANZ Board approved five draft variations to the Code.
The Board also reviewed its decision to vary the Code resulting from the declaration of an urgent proposal in September 2019, to prohibit the retail sale of pure and highly concentrated caffeine food products. The Board agreed to prepare a proposal for the variation of the relevant Standard.
